Purchasing a licence removes the trial banners and the restrictions on the amount of data that can be entered.

The name should be entered as Lastname, Firstname e.g. Smith, John.
Please ensure the correct capitalisation and hyphenation e.g. McDonald, Angus / Burton-Smith, John
Do not enter Doctor or Dr - this is your title, not your name.
